Returns & Shipping



To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You have thirty days from the date of purchase to return any items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If thirty days have passed since the date of purchase, we can give you store credit to be used online only.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven to ten business days. If it has been thirty days since your date of purchase, we will send you an email with the instructions on how you can access your store credit. 

Late or missing refunds

Please be understanding that it may take some time for the refund to be applied to your bank account. If you have not received a refund yet, check with your bank to see what their policy on refunds is.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded for the full amount. Sale or Clearance items will be refunded for the current retail or lowest promotional price.


If the item(s) were received as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the information given to us by the original purchaser. 


If you want to exchange your item(s) please send us an email first to We will exchange any items as long as they are in the same condition you received them and are not damaged. Exchanges or returns are shipped back to us at your cost. With Exchanges, we will ship your new items to you free of charge. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Please understand that our shipping conditions have changed but we are working diligently to get each and every one of you your items. As of July 1, 2017 we only ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you have concerns about this please reach out and let us know.

When sending your returns/exchanges to Mind Plugs; we suggest using tracking shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for them in transit.
